White-Label Design & Development for Agencies, Designers & Marketers

Your designs, built
exactly as intended.

Your invisible build partner. Send me your approved designs and I handle development, responsive implementation, QA, and launch — behind the scenes. Your studio keeps the client, the creative direction, and the margin.

Design → Development

From approved design to
production-ready website.

Already have the design finished? Hand me your Figma files and I'll take it from there. I translate approved creative into responsive, production-ready websites — without watering down the design during development.

You finish the design. I take over technical production. You review staging. The site launches — all under your brand.

Capacity & Capability

Don't turn down the project
because it's outside your stack.

When a client asks for something beyond what your studio normally builds — or you simply don't have the bandwidth — keep the client and the project. I handle the technical side.

Capacity.

Your team can build it — you just don't have the bandwidth right now. I take the production off your plate so you can say yes without adding headcount.

Capability.

The project needs a platform or development outside your studio's normal stack — Shopify, WordPress, custom, integrations. Keep the client and the project; I handle the technical side.

Why Agencies Partner With Up North

Design fidelity matters.

I come from a design-first background. An approved design isn't a loose suggestion — it's the specification. I sweat the typography, spacing, responsive behaviour, interaction details, and the overall feel of the finished product, so you can hand off a beautiful design without worrying the build will compromise it.

Your studio owns

  • Client relationship
  • Strategy
  • Creative direction
  • Design
  • Billing
  • Markup / margin

Up North handles

  • Development
  • Responsive implementation
  • Integrations & CMS
  • QA & staging
  • Deployment & launch
  • Optional ongoing care

The client's relationship is with you. I work behind the scenes, NDA-backed and fully white-label — and I never solicit, market to, or take on your clients. Ever.

You're partnering with a person, not a production queue. I'm Brendan — every partner build is designed and developed by me, so the person you brief is the person doing the work.

How It Works Commercially

Know your cost
before you quote.

Two ways to work together, both without a volume commitment — bring me one unusual project a year, or reserve ongoing development capacity by the month.

01

You send approved designs + scope.

02

I review the technical requirements.

03

You get a fixed partner development quote.

04

You decide what to charge your client.

05

I build the project behind the scenes.

You know your development cost before you quote or commit.

I bill you. You bill your client.

Per project

Quoted per scope

You send the approved design and scope; you get a fixed partner quote before you commit to your client. Rate sheet available on request.

  • Fixed price, fixed date
  • Quoted before you quote your client
  • No minimum, no commitment

Monthly retainer

From $1,200/month

Reserved development days, billed monthly. For studios with a steady flow of build work who would rather not re-quote every project. Reserved days are scheduled in advance and do not roll over.

  • 2 days a month — $1,200
  • 5 days a month — $2,750
  • 10 days a month — $5,000
  • Beyond 10 days — let's talk

These options are flexible starting points. If you have a different budget, workflow or amount of work in mind, let's talk and find an arrangement that works.

Partner pricing covers production — development, responsive implementation, QA and launch. You keep discovery, strategy, creative direction, client communication and revisions, which is what makes it a different engagement from a direct client project rather than a discount.

Common Questions

Partnership,
answered.

Can you build from our finished designs?

Yes — it's the core of what I do. Send me your approved Figma files and I take it from there: development, responsive implementation, interactions, CMS, integrations, forms, QA, and launch. I treat the approved design as the specification, not a loose suggestion, so the finished site holds the creative intent.

What if the project is outside our usual stack?

Keep the client and the project. When a client asks for Shopify, WordPress, custom development, or an integration your studio doesn't normally build, we handle the technical side behind your brand — so you don't have to turn the work away or leave money on the table.

What do you build on?

I'm platform-flexible based on the project and your existing workflow. My primary custom stack is Next.js / React / TypeScript / Tailwind on Vercel, with Shopify or WooCommerce for e-commerce and WordPress when the project or client requires it. If your studio already has a preferred workflow, talk to me — the goal is to fit into your delivery process, not force clients into mine.

Will my clients know Up North Creative was involved?

No. Every engagement is fully white-label and NDA-backed. I build under your brand — Up North isn't presented to your client or publicly credited in the finished work — and I never contact your clients. Your agency keeps the client relationship and the credit; the work ships as yours.

Do you poach clients?

Never. A strict no-solicitation, no-poaching commitment is core to how I partner — it's in the agreement. I don't market to, solicit, or take on your clients directly. Your accounts are yours, permanently. My business depends on being a partner agencies can trust behind the scenes.

How does pricing and billing work?

Per-project and simple. You send approved designs and scope, I review the technical requirements, and you get a fixed partner development quote — so you know your cost before you quote your client. I bill you; you bill your client at whatever margin you set. No volume commitment: use me once for an unusual project, or reserve ongoing capacity by the month.

Can you handle hosting and maintenance after launch?

Yes, optionally. I can keep handling hosting, uptime monitoring, maintenance, technical issues, and ongoing development behind your brand — so you can offer a care plan without staffing it. Or hand it back to your team at launch. Your call, either way.

Let's talk about what you'd rather hand off.

Whether it's an approved design waiting for development, a Shopify or WordPress project outside your usual stack, a technically involved build, or simply more work than your team can take on right now — I'm happy to work behind the scenes.
