Jenn Hay is a Registered Massage Therapist with 13+ years of experience offering mobile massage therapy across Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Stayner, Thornbury, and the broader South Georgian Bay region. The brief was to build a site that feels as restorative as the service itself — calm, trustworthy, and effortless to book from a phone.

01 — Homepage
The opening impression.
The hero leads with a single, clear promise — massage therapy, delivered to you — paired with a calm, full-bleed image. Booking is above the fold on every device, and credibility chips (RMT, mobile, insurance receipts) sit just beneath the CTAs to build trust before the first scroll.
02 — Mobile
Designed at 390px.
Mobile was the primary canvas — most clients discover and book from a phone. A full-bleed hero, thumb-friendly booking buttons, and a clean reading rhythm that holds at every breakpoint. The desktop is the enhancement.
03 — About
People first.
The about page does the trust-building work — 13+ years of experience, licensed in Ontario, all equipment provided, insurance receipts issued after every session. A warm portrait and a clear service area turn a stranger into a booking.
04 — Rates
Pricing, without the guesswork.
Session lengths and rates are laid out plainly — 60, 75, 90, and 120 minutes — with payment methods and insurance receipts noted up front. Clear pricing removes the last bit of hesitation before booking.
05 — FAQ
Answers before the questions.
A focused FAQ handles the practical unknowns of mobile massage — equipment, space, service area, payment, and what to expect at a first appointment — so clients arrive informed and at ease.
06 — Contact & Security
Built to convert. Protected from spam.
The contact form is the primary booking channel. We integrated Cloudflare Turnstile — invisible bot protection that blocks spam without captchas or puzzles — alongside a map and clear availability. Clean, protected lead capture.
