Jennifer G. E. Lewis spent thirty years leading teams inside advertising agencies before becoming a leadership coach and trust strategist. Her practice is built on a single framework — the Three Dynamics of Trust — and the site is structured the same way: a clear point of view up front, three ways to work together, and the credentials and client voices that make a coach worth calling. Built as a custom WordPress block theme on Gutenberg Full Site Editing — no page builder — so Jennifer can edit every page, header and footer herself in the native editor.
Services
- WordPress Website Design
- Gutenberg FSE Block Theme
- SEO Setup
01 — Homepage
A point of view, not a service list.
The hero opens with the idea the whole practice rests on — trust changes everything — set against a portrait of Jennifer herself. For a coach, the client is buying the person, so the person is the first thing they see, with a conversation one click away.
02 — Mobile
Designed at 390px.
Leaders read between meetings, on a phone. The headline, the promise and both calls to action land on the first screen, and the portrait follows rather than pushing the message below the fold.

03 — Services
Three doors, clearly marked.
Leadership coaching, team development and Pitch to Win each get one card, one colour and one button. The colours carry through the rest of the site, so a visitor who starts on one path can follow it from the homepage to the programme page without losing the thread.

04 — Framework
The method, made visible.
The Three Dynamics of Trust is what sets Jennifer's practice apart, so it gets a page of its own rather than a paragraph. Self, relational and collective trust are laid out side by side — what each one fuels and how the work builds it — so a buyer understands the approach before the first call.

05 — Teams
Six ways in.
The teams page answers the question an HR lead actually has: what can you run for us? Six offerings, each with its format and whether it is ready to book or built to order, so an organisation can scope the engagement before it gets in touch.

06 — Credentials
Proof, in order.
Fourteen certifications is a lot to show without it reading as clutter. The badges sit together as a single wall of proof, with the full list grouped beneath by coaching, assessments and inclusion — so the depth is visible at a glance and checkable in detail.

07 — Clients
Clients make the case.
Coaching is bought on trust, so the people who have worked with Jennifer speak on the homepage, not only on a testimonials page. One long-form story leads, two shorter ones support it, and each opens to the full account.

What I Built
The complete engagement.
Design through launch — a custom Gutenberg Full Site Editing theme structured around the practice's own framework, with no page builder underneath, so Jennifer can keep it current without a developer.
