About the project
Aboutthe project.
Top View Crane Rentals rents, services and supplies tower cranes for construction projects across Toronto, the GTA and Ontario, from a base in New Tecumseth, with three generations of tower crane experience behind the business. They came with an established logo and a Squarespace site.
I designed and built a new site around that brand: a homepage that opens with a tower crane drawn from the logo's own lines, clear pages for rentals, service, parts, sales and safety, and location pages for Toronto and the GTA, keeping the old URLs so the rankings the business already had carried over.

Design in detail
The crane setsthe headline.
The hero opens on a tower crane drawn in code from the proportions of the Top View logo. It swings round with the last word on its hook, lowers it into the headline and unhooks, then hands the backdrop to a loop cut from the client's own drone film of their cranes. It plays once per visit; anyone coming back goes straight to the finished hero.
Responsive design
Built for thesite trailer.
Project managers and superintendents check suppliers from a phone on site. On a phone the crane steps aside: the headline, the quote button and the phone number are painted on first load over a portrait cut of the same drone film, so nothing waits on an animation.
The project experience
Rentals
Which crane fits your site?
Tower cranes lead, with mobile cranes, self-erectors and derrick cranes set out beside them. Each is described by the job it suits rather than a spec sheet, so a contractor can see the right machine before they call.
Service & Maintenance
Service, along the jib.
Top View services other companies' cranes, not just its own fleet, so service gets its own story. The section moves sideways as you scroll, like a trolley running out along a jib, with repairs, maintenance and climbing each on their own panel and the client's own photography throughout.
Safety & Compliance
The paperwork, up front.
For a general contractor, a rental is only as good as its compliance. Ontario Regulation 213/91, CSA Z248-17, PEO-stamped inspections and E-Safe approval are set out as plain facts on the homepage, with a full safety page behind them.
In detail
Local search
Toronto and the GTA, page by page.
Dedicated pages for Toronto and the wider GTA, each written for how cranes are used there, from tight downtown lots to sites across Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. The rebuild kept the old Squarespace addresses and redirected the pages that retired, so existing rankings and links carried straight over.
Contact & Security
One call, or the project details.
The phone number is set as large as the headlines, because most crane work starts with a call. The quote form beside it asks for the site, the height and the timeline, and is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
